Excellent location. Nice bar. Good gym and pool.
First room they put us in was under the gym so we were woken by free weights being dropped. We were upgraded to a suite on the other side which was fabulous - and quiet!

Wonderful
The hotel was centrally located for us, with the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. We were allocated an Executive room and whilst we were travelling for leisure, the room was very well appointed and suitable for business travel. I would recommend this hotel.
The air conditioning in our room was inadequate but that did not dampen our stay.

I liked the club lounge access as all the benefits it comes with. The view and how the rooms are displayed it's very industrial, looked very pretty.
- rooms should have more sound proof. I stayed in room 328 on the 3rd floor, and at 1am I can still here music in the background, and during the early morning the sound again of music from the club lounge and plates clicking was very unpleasant to wake up at 7am on a Sunday. - in general the staff aren't informative, we weren't advised that out of hours you need to put your room key to open the hotel main entrance. At the club lounge you aren't greeted and not given the attention by giving information about the whole canapes and drinks in the afternoon. We sat down and no one came to give us fork and knife we were looking in draws ourselves and no help. - no complementary toothbrush (I forgot my own) normally that is given. -for a premium king room the rooms are a bit small and cramped.
